How long will it take for my job to be on the listings page after I submit?
Once submitted, allow 1-2 business days to process. Our team reviews each posting before it goes live to maintain real estate listing information.

How long will my property be on the real estate listings page?
Listings are live on the board for 60 days. If you need to renew a listing, please email [email protected].

How do I know if a property listed is still available?
The availability of a property listed on a real estate directory can change quickly, so it is best to contact the owner or real estate agent directly to confirm its availability.

What do I do if my property gets filled before it expires?
If you sell or rent the listing before your listing expires, you can let it expire, or leave the current post up and continue to receive inquiries and save for the future.

Please note, there will be no refunds, or prorated charges for the listings if you fill before the posting expires.

Yes. Just log into your account. Click the profile icon in the right hand corner, and locate the job posting you would like to edit in “My Listings.”

You may see singular apartments or condos listed on the listing page, but the apartment building as a whole would be on the apartment buildings tab.
