Looking for a third roommate to fill our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Hoboken on First + Jefferson.
Rent is $1500/month plus utilities (which are ~$60). The room is available immediately and can be occupied for the entire year. Apartment is super spacious, has NYC views, a 10 minute walk from the PATH, and has washer + dryer in-unit. Room is pictured below.
The rental room would need to be furnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished with all the appliances you need. There is a mirror door sliding closet, ceiling fan, and room for a desk and dresser.
About us: we are two guys in our mid-twenties. One of us works remotely, the other in-person every day. We both enjoy going out on the weekends and sometimes host people at the apartment. Both of us spend a lot of time at the Jersey Shore from May to August. We have lived in this apartment for the last year and have loved it!
